First arriving Command 4 found a single male subject laying face down in the roadway. Rescue Engine 42 arrived behind the command unit and began patient care. Paramedic 496 was shortly behind them, and the paramedics from 496 and Medic 2 took over patient care. Based on initial assessment and speed involved, a Category Bravo, Priority two flyout was requested. Due to rain and snow in the area, all helicopters were down.
