First Annual Cow Pie Bingo & Car Show = Huge Success!!!

The Ridge Volunteer Rescue Squad & Auxiliary would like to thank everyone for their support of our first annual Cow Pie Bingo & Car Show at Flat Iron Farm. It was truly an amazing event! We would like to give special thanks to Mr. Bubby Knott, the employees of the Trading Post, and the staff at Flat Iron for their overwhelming support of the event. We would also like to thank Sunshine's Catering; The Belle's of St. Mary's, Charlie's Dawgs, and Cookie's Whoopies for their food services for our event. Thank you to Tom Cooper of WGRQ 95.9 in Fredricksburg for being the MC of our event. A big thank you to our judges for the bingo, Danny Raley, Eddie Boswell and George Gatton along with the official grid keeper Brian Evans – they had a tough job, but were real troopers helping us out!
We would also like to thank all of the twenty nine participants of the car show, along with our car show judges Scott Cheseldine, Virginia Brooks , and Jack Cullison. We would like to give special thanks to Red Robin, Twist, International Liquors, Advanced Auto Parts, and Joe & Mary Greer for their donations of prizes for our participants. A big thanks to Chesapeake Trophy for their donation of trophies for our car show. Overall, our event was an overwhelming success thanks to all of these wonderful people and the community that supported our event! We are looking forward to doing it again next year on October 12, 2013 at Flat Iron Farm.
