Ridge VRS responds to House Fire

On Sunday, December 11th at 3:26 P.M., The Ridge Volunteer Rescue Squad was dispatched along with Co. 4, 14, 3, 9, 6, 5, and 39 for the report of a house trailer with fire in the bedroom. Engine 43 arrived on the scene and advised they had smoke showing.

Ridge VRS responded with two ambulances to the scene. RVRS members checked the vitals of the firefighters as they came out of the trailer and verified the occupants of the trailer were not in need of medical care.

The Fire Marshall's office, SMECO, and Red Cross were also called to the scene.
