Another future EMT in the First District!

The members of the Ridge VRS would like to welcome Samantha Marie Best to the First District. Samantha was born on February 16, 2010 to Senior Members Candice and Damien Best. Samantha came in at 7lbs 15.6oz, 2l inches. Senior Member/Grandpa Scot Best was on hand for the festivities! Mom and Dad are doing fine! Congrats to the Best's!
